An awesome experience- much more than I anticipated
This collaboration provided an LP experience straight off of Beatles songs like Penny Lane, Fool On The Hill, and She's Leaving Home- songs that a cover band without an orchestra just couldn't manage. The venue was fantastic. The 3 vocalists flawlessly handled lead and harmony work with every note spot on. The band excelled as a cohesive unit and as individuals in their solo performances, standing out as outstanding. I was amazed by their attempt and success with I Am The Walrus. Everything about the experience was outstanding, as expected from the Symphony. Maybe I didn't realize until I arrived that this was going to be a collaboration between Adam Lambert and a vocalist/band. I have been a fan of The Beatles for many years, and this was hands down the best live covering of their songs I have witnessed.
